The D.O.S. Truffle Specialty is an artisan company founded in 1940 when the founder, Natale Olivieri, opens a gastronomy in Foligno where you could also buy the precious truffles from Norcia, his city homeland.
In 1980, the company is being transferred to his son, Domenico Olivieri, that together with the intuition of his wife Gabriella, create an exquisite sauce and subsequently all the other renowned specialties that have made the company an expression of goodness and authenticity. In 1995 the company passes into the hands of Domenico’s daughter, Alessandra Olivieri and her husband Davide Pierucci, who develop a vast range of products on a large scale market, spreading their specialties all over the world.
